What is your refund policy?

If you cancel your monthly subscription and would like a refund, we can refund the latest payment if:

  • The refund is requested within 15 days of payment AND
  • If there has been no activity on your account in that time.

Yearly payments can be refunded if:

  • The refund is requested within 30 days of payment AND
  • If there has been no activity on your account in that time.
