Access to Entourage software requires you to grant certain permissions, which may require access that secondary Seller Central users don't have. If you do not have access to the Primary Seller Central account, please refer to this Knowledge Base article.

3. What Is Entourage 2.0? What is The Margins Tool?

PPC Entourage is our Sponsored Ads tool for Amazon sellers. It completely simplifies the process of creating and managing Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display ads, allowing you to make adjustments in bulk (all campaigns at once) or to even automate day to day optimization based on rules you set.

Entourage Margins is a business analytics tool built specifically for Amazon sellers. It will enable you to know exactly what fees and costs are impacting your business' profit margins and even provide you with resources for improving your bottom line.

4. Do You Offer a Free Trial?

All software comes with a 14 day free trial.

5. Why Require a Credit Card if the Trial is Free?

We require a valid method of payment on file so that you can continue to enjoy your software and services uninterrupted once any trials expire. If you do not wish to be charged at the end of your trial, you may cancel any time.

7. Where is My Data?

Data can take up to 24 hours to arrive from Amazon for new users. If it has been longer than this and you still do not have data, please contact support right away.

8. What is Carbon6? Why am I Receiving Information from C6?

Carbon6 is Entourage's parent-company. Carbon6 owns the most powerful tools and services in ecommerce, and purchased PPC Entourage in April of 2022. The people behind the Entourage brand are still the people you've come to know and trust, with Entourage creator and educational speaker Mike Zagare maintaining leadership of all things Entourage.

9. How do I update my plan (add or cancel a subscription)?

In Entourage 2.0, you can add an account by clicking Settings in the left menu, then clicking the "+" symbol under the Amazon Account section.

To cancel a subscription, go to the same area, and under Subscriptions, click "cancel" next to the subscription you'd like to end.

10. Are there training videos for using Entourage 2.0?

Yes! Once logged into Entourage, click "University" in the left menu. We've done our best to make a thorough walkthrough for everything, but if there's anything we've missed, please let Support know.
