Zt Rule: Minimum Action Clicks

How to find your minimum action clicks

What is Minimum Action Clicks?

It is the minimum number of clicks that you as Seller will define in order to trigger ZonTools automation engines to start adjusting your bid for your campaigns. ZonTools needs to wait for this metric to be reached before automation starts.

When there are no sales on a keyword/target, ZonTools waits for minimum action clicks before dropping the bid.

  • For campaigns in the USA marketplace, without historical data: the minimum action clicks is at least 10 by default.
  • For campaigns Europe marketplace, without historical data: the minimum action clicks is at least 5 by default.

In Europe 5 is the default, simply because there is less volume, especially in Spain, Italy, and France. If you are in Europe, there is less volume of keywords (in general), which means fewer clicks overall compared to USA.
Otherwise, just keep it at 10 if you are starting a campaign with no historical data.
