Amazon Prime Day is the annual shopping holiday that's exclusive to Prime subscribers.

Sellers wishing to participate in "Prime Deals" must register Prime Day specific lightning deals well in advance.

Traditionally, Prime Day took place mid-July, with Prime Deal submissions typically close in May. In recent years, Amazon has experimented with different dates, and even additional Prime Day sales (such as October 2022).
