If you've received confirmation from us that we don't feel we're the right fit for your needs, it is typically because we just don't feel like our agency is the right answer for your brand at its current stage of development.

We refuse to take any seller's hard earned money if we don't feel that management is the right step for them at this juncture. We put ethics before profits, and we will never take money from you if we don't feel it will result in a benefit for your business.

We may also provide additional feedback when declining to take a client on, such as recommending the removal of Amazon Terms of Service violations on listings before reapplying (we advise against violating Amazon's Terms of Service in any way).

No matter the cause - it isn't a reflection of you or the worthiness of your brand. You might just not be ready yet, and that's absolutely okay. When you invest in us, we want to make sure it is the best possible decision you could make for your brand, and when you're ready, we're here for you.
